Miss GEICO is owned and powered by AMF (“America Moving Forward”) Offshore Racing, LLC. With the duo of Marc Granet at the wheel and throttleman, Scott Begovich, Miss GEICO recently won its fourth consecutive World Title. AMF Offshore Racing, LLC was established in 2004 by John Haggin who jumped into the sport of offshore racing with his turbine powered boats with the same passion and enthusiasm that has made him a successful entrepreneur.

In 2007 Haggin teamed with GEICO and created with the neon green Miss GEICO catamaran which has quickly become the most recognizable boat in the world. Haggin recently introduced the third generation Miss GEICO boat which is the fastest boat in the world and proved its dominance against the worlds' best with convincing wins at the 2009 World Championships.

Haggin manages his own racing crew who service the boats and turbine engines in house at his headquarters in Riviera Beach , Florida and has recently joined forces with world renowned rigger, Gary Stray, to form AMF Rigging, LLC, which will now rig and service the demand of the worlds' fastest offshore racing boats.
